This cancellation is necessary due to the massive changes in the Statement of Work and the age of the requirement. The Contracting Officer anticipates resoliciting this acquisition under the Simplified Acquisition procedures as a commercial item. Interested sources may obtain a copy of the new solicitation via the Federal Acquisition Network (FACNET). In addition, the solicitation will be set-aside as a "HUB ZONE" set-aside.
