On or about 2/18/00, this office will issue a Request for Proposal for construction of Lobby & Parking Upgrade at SIOUX CITY IA 51106-9998. Proposals will be opened on 3/17/00 at 3:00 PM. THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC PROPOSAL OPENING. The value of the work is estimated to be between $150,000.00 and $215,000.00. Description of the work is Lobby Remodeling and Parking Upgrade. The contractor will be required to commence work within 10 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and complete within 120 calendar days. Performance and payment bonds will be required. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
