Eisentrout 304-726-5376 The scope of work shall consist of the demolition and disposal of several block/wood structures ranging from 24 SF to 1,500 SF and the asbestos removal of floor tile and piping in a 20,000 SF structure. Work shall include the proper removal and disposal of asbestos contaminated materials in the form of building siding, pipe insulation, transite wallboard, floor tile and roofing materials. Materials removed from the 20,000 SF structure shall be replaced per drawings and specifications. Buildings consist of concrete, block and wood structures on concrete foundations with concrete floor slabs. Some earth moving is required for filling and drainage. The bid date is not firm, but will on or after April 14, 2000. Estimated range for this effort is between $ 100,000 to $250,000. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractors License must be submitted prior to the commencement of work by the Contractor and all Subcontractors. Plans and specifications will be available on or about March 15, 2000.
