Work consists of removal of the existing 8' x 13' arch pipe and steel box insert and the replacement with a new open bottom concrete box or open bottom structural plate arch. The work includes all pipe removal and disposal, roadway and structural excavation, replacement, compaction, clearing and grubbing, riprap, roadway surfacing, and all other incidental items to complete the project in accordance with plans and specifications.
