Work is to be performed at the contractor's plant on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Period of performance is scheduled to be 12 July through 20 September 2000. Contractor must have a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) with Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), U.S. Navy.
