It will be a firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity over five years, with a minimum quantity of 14 each (including one first production unit) and a maximum quantity of 100 each, for Calorimeter, Army Drawing Number 13589300. Required delivery of the first production unit is 90 days after contract award. The Government will have 30 days to evaluate the first production unit; 30 days after acceptance of the first production unit, delivery will begin at a rate of 5 each per month. Inspection and acceptance points are at Destination for the first production unit and Source for the remaining production quantity. FOB point is Destination. This acquisition will be processed using FAR Part 12 -- Commercial Items. The anticipated release date for the solicitation is 8 Mar 00.
