Fountain Boulevard, P O Box 15012, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80935-5012. Services are for Operation and Maintenance of the Atlantic Fleet Weapons Training Facility. These services are defined as operate, maintain and develop weapons training facilities and services in direct support of the training of fleet forces and other activities and for the development, test and evaluation of weapons systems as well as coordinate and exercise control over guided-missile training. The support on the range(s) will include allowing the simultaneous conduct of gunnery, missile firings, air-to-ground ordnance delivery, electronic warfare, underwater operations, and all facilities necessary for target development, repair, and utilization. Technical services cover fixed and mobile instrumentation equipment located on islands, surface vessels, and aircraft in the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean in the vicinity of Puerto Rico. Contractor shall operate and maintain AFWTF instrumentation, equipment with SSRNM, PACER, MK-30 targets, MK-46 and MK-50 torpedoes, ACDS equipment, Cryptographic Equipment, Automated Video Bomb Scoring, Laser Scoring, Central Data Processing and Distribution System, and TPS, TRS, NJS and OBS Instrumentation.
