These services will be obtained on a sole source basis through = modification to the existing contract with the incumbent contractor, PhyA= merica = Government Services, Inc. in order to provide continuity of services unti= l the = commencement of services under the contract resulting from a Request for = Quote. The Women=92s Health Services include providing inpatient Obstetr= ical and = Gynecological care, performing Obstetrical and Gynecological procedures, = providing outpatient Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialty Clinics and prov= iding = emergency consultation and treatment. The contractor shall maintain all = professional, administrative and support staff in adequate numbers, on a = 24 = hour 7 days per week basis to assure quality prenatal care, childbirth = services, excluding high risk pregnancies. Women=92s health services, in= cluding = medical, nursing, administrative services on a regular schedule from 0730= hours = to 1630 hours on Monday through Friday, throughout the term of this contr= act = for eligible beneficiaries.
