The Single Family Real Estate Owned Division of the HUD Philadelphia Home Ownership Center is seeking the services of a closing agent to conduct settlements on HUD-owned properties located in the State of Maryland within the following geographic areas: (1) Counties of Allegany, Frederick, Garrett, Montgomery and Washington; (2) City of Baltimore and the Counties of Baltimore, Carroll, Cecil, Harford and Howard; (3) Counties of Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles, Prince George's and St. Mary's; (4) Counties of Caroline, Kent, Queen Anne and Talbot; and (5) Counties of Dorchester, Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester.
