Project includes all work necessary to renovate the interior of building 402, the replacement of fire damaged exterior and the replacement of all exterior windows. McCoy hall is a three-story dormitory that currently has 101 residence rooms plus utility and storage rooms, lounges and a community laundry room. The renovation includes the demolition of building materials down to the building structure. This includes the removal of all asbestos including asbestos wall panels, bathroom fixtures, electrical fixtures and associated wiring and panels, fan coil units and associated piping and all interior finishes. There is no lead removal involved in this project. New work will include gypsum board walls, new lockers, bathroom fixtures, fan coil units, lighting and electrical wiring, exterior canopy, removal of abandoned steam condensate lines from tunnels. The project number is 88-0127. The performance period is 380 days. SIC Code is 1522. The SBA size standard of $17.0 million is a three-year average annual gross revenue.
