Furnish all materials, labor, transportation and equipment necessary apply hot spray paint pavement markings on two sections of the Natchez Trace Parkway, a unit of the National Park Service. Work includes restriping of 87 miles of broken yellow center line, restriping of 86 miles of solid yellow center line, and restriping of 227 miles of solid white edge line. Section one starts approximately 25 miles north of Kosciusko, Mississippi and runs from milepost 186.0 north to milepost 219.0, crossing through Choctaw, Webster, and Clay counties. Section two starts approximately 20 miles south of Tupelo, Mississippi and runs from milepost 239.4 north to milepost 319.4, crossing through Chickasaw, Pontotoc, Lee, Itawamba, Prentiss and Tishomingo counties in Mississippi, and Colbert county in Alabama. Contract award is anticipated to occur in time for operations to commence in early summer (2000); work shall be concluded within 60 days of the start date.
