The indefinite quantity roof work may include any of the work items listed in the schedule as well as incidental related work required for a complete roofing repair or replacement. All work under this contract will be ordered by issuance of individual task orders. The work shall be located at the Various Naval Activities, San Diego, California. This is an indefinite quantity contract with a minimum guarantee price of $10,000.00; this is the only part of the contract that is Firm Fixed-Price. The requirement is estiated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is 365 calendar days from commencement of work for the Base Period. The small business size standard applicable is (SIC) 1761, $7.0 million.
