Work to be performed at the G. T. Mickey Leland Federal Building, 1919 Smith Street, Houston, TX. The completion time for this project is 730 calendar days. The project contains an option for a three year maintenance contract with two 3-year option periods. The range of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This contract will be acquired utilizing SOURCE SELECTION procedures with award based on "BEST VALUE" concept. Anticipated release date of the request for proposal is on or about March 6, 2000, with an anticipated receipt of proposal date of April 12, 2000.
