Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform maintenance and repair work to buildings, facilities and structures located in the 88th Regional Support Command which includes the states of Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Minnesota. The period of performance is twelve months from date of award with one one year option period. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government guarantees a minimum of $25,000.00 per year and a maximum estimated ceiling of $2,900,000.00 each year. Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement restricted to 8(a) firms serviced by all district offices in Region 5 (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin). All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made and the states shall not be broken into separate awards.
