THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR LIQUID NITROGEN THAT WAS ISSUED ON FEBRUARY 14, 2000. The solicitation is amended to indicate the delivery hours at NIST. Delivery of liquid nitrogen is permissible 24 hours per day, seven days per week at all buildings on the NIST campus in Gaithersburg, MD, with the exception of Building 235.
