RFP DACW23-00-R-0005. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District proposes to enter into a contract for Operation and Maintenance to the Chicago Harbor Lock. The contractor shall provide all necessary management, personnel, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, fuel and utilities except items provided by the Government. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price base contract with four addtional option years. The Request for Proposal and offers shall be evaluated on the following basis, (1) Technical Capabilities, (2) Management Capabilities, (3) Safety, and (4) Past Experiences.
