Types of services required will include the creation of individual state repositories; data collection; data conversion, processing, and maintenance utilizing a geographic information system (GIS); and dissemination of pipeline data. This program announcement will result in the award of multiple cooperative agreements (50/50 cost sharing). This announcement does not solicit contractor support. Proposals are invited from State Agencies interested in becoming a state repository under the NPMS. The state repository may be a single state agency, a contractor or university working on behalf of a state agency, or several state agencies working together.
