The building shall be insulated metal or metal panel siding, similiar to a Butler Mfg. type building. The contractor shall also provide for all site work, a concrete foundation and floor, any interior block walls, doors, installation/stubbing utilities (water, sewer, electric), fiber optic cables, design and install a sprinkler system, telephone lines, provide and install a heating and cooling system, and asphalt and curbing work for the parking area. There shall be a 120 completion period from date of Notice to Proceed. Davis-Bacon wage rates are applicable. The range is $250,000 -- $500,000.
