Work to be performed includes providing and placing riprap on the upstream embankment slope of Sam Rayburn Reservoir. Also, on the downstream slope of the embankment, the buried seepage collector drain system shall be removed and replaced and a portion of the concrete lined "V" ditch will be removed and replaced. Work to be performed at Sam Rayburn Lake, Texas. The plans and specifications will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD Rom and the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
