PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Removing existing components and installing/constructing new, asbestos abatement, above-ground utilidor replacement, replacement of utility lines in buried concrete utilidors and manhole rehabilitation. Magnitude is between $250,000.00 -- $500,000.00. Performance period is 420 calendar days with 120 calendar days on site. Solicitation will be available on or about 10 MAR 00 with a closing date of 11 APR 00. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
