The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supplies for demolition and removal of buildings at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan. This Project is being procured on an unrestricted basis under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 1795; the small business size is $7 million in average annual receipts for the preceding three (3) years. The estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000, with a period of performance of sixty (60) days. The work required consists of complete demolition of specified facility items, the complete removal of material, fixtures and equipment that are contained within those facilities, supplying uncontaminated topsoil, site regrading and hydroseeding. All materials, such as, but not limited to lumber, brick, broken concrete, masonry, glass, old roofing, siding, sheet metal, fixtures and equipment shall be removed and legally disposed of off base as the work progresses in a state-approved landfill, at no additional cost to the Government. All work is to be performed in strict accordance with the Plans and Specifications for Project VGLZ 972070, "Demolition, Phase 4", Selfridge ANG Base, MI.
