This procurement is for source data to the RF Distribution system used on specially configured P-3 aircraft. RF Products is the only known source of the data required. The Government does not own data, drawings or other specifications to permit full & open competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all expressions of interest must be received within 15 days.
