NASA/SSC plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for eighty (80) drums of Hydrogen Peroxide, 90% (+/-1%) Concentration, high quality, rocket propulsion grade to be delivered in three (3) shipments: 30 drums, 30 drums, and 20 drums. The requirement includes staging the 80 drums until delivery is required by the Government. Upon notification by the Government for the offeror to ship the quantity desired, delivery shall be completed within 2 to 3 days after such notification. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12. The SIC Code and Size Standard are 2899 and 500, respectively, The DPAS Rating for this procurement is DO-C9e. The anticipated release date of RFQ is on or about March 1, 2000 with an anticipated quote due date of on or about March 21, 2000.
