The Non-Appropriated Funds, AFM-64-302, Provisions and Clauses are also incorporated by reference, including Part II, Optional Clauses, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (Jan 1983). A Firm Fixed Price Contract with four one-year option provisions is contemplated. This is a Non-Appropriated Funds purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through sale of goods and services and the collections of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. The USAF Academy has a requirement for Proofs, Binding, Design and Publishing of United States Air Force Academy Athletic Association (AFAAA) Sports Information Office (AHUI) football media guides. The football media guides will be printed in quantities of a minimum of 4,500 and a maximum of 5500. The Post Season Football Media Guide will only be required if the USAFA football team will be going to a bowl game and will be printed in quantities of a minimum of 500 and a maximum of 1500.
