Requirement of a U.S. or foreign flag self-sustaining breakbulk or
ro/ro vessel(s) capable of tranporting 76,000 (+/- 10% CHOP) of cargo
to include ammunition containers. Cargo is to load in Tacoma, WA,
Anchorage, Alaska, Pearl Harbor, HI and Lualualei, HI with discharge
ports in Thung Prong, Thailand and Chuk Sa Met, Thailand. Laydays are
11/12 MAR 2000. Terms are free in/free out. Vessel shall furnish all
lashing gear. Vessel must have a minimum speed of 16 knots. Vessel LOA
must not exceed 700 ft and maximum allowable draft at 9.6 meters.
