foreign flag self-sustaining breakbulk or ro/ro vessel(s) capable of
transporting approximately 27,214 (+/- 10% CHOP) of cargo to include
ammunition containers. Measurement extremes of cargo are longest 396
in, widest 180 in, tallest 156 in, heaviest 17 short tons. Terms are
free in/free out. Minimum speed laden is 13 knots. Vessel to provide
sufficient number of 40 ft spreader bars attached d-rings, capable of
lifting at least 30 tons of cargo to be provided by the owner for each
shipment. Maximum allowable loa is 700 ft and maximum allowable draft
is at 9.6 meters. Cargo is to load in Iwakuni, Japan, Naha, Japan and
Tengan, Okinawa with discharge in Songklha, Thug Prong, and Chuk Sa
Met of which all are in Thailand. Laydays are 01/02 APR 2000. Posted
