This work will primarily consist of modifying an existing storage area to be office space. These modifications include, but are not limited to, the installation of drywall over existing CMU walls, an ADA wheelchair ramp, and the construction of an ADA compliant "Unisex" restroom. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement is unrestricted. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 1742.
