Provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to perform preventive overhead door maintenance at the Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, Georgia. Work shall consist of preventive maintenance of approximately 392 warehouse overhead doors. The preventive maintenance shall consist of, but not limited to, adjusting door springs, adjusting and oiling of door roller bearings, oiling of spring shaft bearings, and repair or adjustment of weather stripping at bottom and sides of doors. The doors shall be serviced semi-annually and in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. The subject doors are located in 19 warehouses that are centralized within an area of approximately 170 acres. A Firm Fixed-Price contract is anticipated for a base year with four, one-year options. The total duration of this contract, including the exercising of any options, shall not exceed 60 months. Estimated Cost Range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
