This acquisition was previously advertised as a total small business set-aside. It is now being conducted on an unrestricted basis under full and open competition. Offer date is to be determined. This requirement is for an automated "location of Miss and hit targetry system", a hard-wired pop-up infantry target mechanism to be used on existing US Army field firing ranges at Fort Jackson, SC. It shall be for a base item consisting of 15 firing lanes, and an option item of 15 additional firing lanes. Each lane shall provide individual firing point target control and printout of firing results independent of each other. Proposal evaluation process shall include a live fire functional demonstration. SIC is 3949.
