These computers are used to program the Grendadier BRAT devices. This system supports the Blue Force tracking for the US Army. This requirement is intended to awarded on a sole source basis to Two Technologies, inc., Horsham, PA. The Information Processing Branch at Army Research Laboratory (ARL) is currently procuring Grenadier BRAT systems in support of the ASPO TENCAP/Grenadier BRAT program. ARL is required to provide the aforementioned hand held computers as Government Furnished Property to the Grenadier BRAT program. Currently, these same computers are being used with these systems already in the Army inventory. In order to maintain commonalitywith current military systems by using only standardized materials, these computers need to be purchased from Two Technologies, Inc.
