Q -- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is soliciting the services of a contractor, certified as an Indian-owned contractor under the Buy-Indian Act, 25 USC 47, to provide a Community Rehabilitation Center for Native American alcoholism clients in Northwest Iowa (Woodbury County). The purpose of the CRC is to provide a facility to provide "Classic Halfway House" services that include structured social, cultural, and recreational activities designed specifically for the residents of the program, such as; diagnostic services, individual and group counseling, AOD abuse support services, and vocational and/or employment services. The facility shall meet all requirements in order to be licensed by the State of Iowa Department of Public Health and meet all federal, state, and local building codes, space and sanitary requirements. The contract will be a fixed price type of contract and will be awarded for a one year period with one (1) one-year option period.
