Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number R-2000-5AN-0084 for an indefinite quantity contract under the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for construction inspections of new construction or substantial rehabilitated multifamily projects pursuant to Section 202/811 of the National Housing Act/National Affordable Housing Act for Housing for the Elderly or for Persons with Disabilities for the geographic area of the State of Indiana. The proposed Purchase Order is for a two-year period or until the amount of $35,000 has been reached whichever occurs first. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8712 and a small business is considered to be a firm or individual whose average annual receipts over the last three years do not exceed $2.5 million.
