Contractor personnel will be stationed in the Kosovo and surrounding regions. Job categories with position description and qualifying requirements will be provided as part of the RFP. The contractor shall recruit, evaluate candidates, conduct local police background checks, provide mission orientation and training, arrange transportation to and from mission, and procure and provide required/appropriate clothing and/or equipment. The duties to be preformed include a range of tasks such as monitors, judicial duties, democratization, media affairs, human rights, institution building, election verfifcation, security planners, trainers, mechanics, health care professionals, and administration and logistical support.
