New drainage systems to provide new membrane extension to storm drain, concrete gutters, and drain lines to sewer. Also provide new reglets, counter flashing and flashing on existing roof area. Re-roof existing exposed built -up roofs with new modified bitumen system. Project will modify existing 3750 square foot skylight with new glazing and mullions, and repair existing sloped window flashing. The work will be performed at the Federal Building and US Courthouse Annex, 222 W 8th Ave, Anchorage, AK. The order of magnitude for this procurement is between $500,000 -- $1,000,000. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The SIC Code and small business size standard for this procurement are 1761 and $7.0M, respectively.
