This Request for Quotations is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small business participation. This project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Contracts in excess of $25,000 require a 50% Payment Bond or other payment protection. The applicable SIC Code is 1799.
