The work includes but is not limited to constructing a temporary enclosure to protect computer equipment; removing existing roof system, metal coping and gravel stop, concrete walkway pads, vent pipe flashing, overflow scuppers, and roof drain components; removing abandoned duct penetrating the roof deck and covering opening with metal decking; removing and reinstalling exhaust fans; installing new roof system, snap-on type aluminum coping and gravel stop, drainage and overflow scuppers, retrofit roof drains, vent pipe flashing, and walkway treads. The order of magnitude for the procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000, and the effort shall be completed within 120 calendar days after notice to proceed. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The SIC Code and small business size standard for this procurement are 1761 and $7,000,000, respectively. The anticipated release date of the IFB is on or about March 14, 2000 with an anticipated offer closing date of on or about April 17, 2000.
