SOL RQ1505000022 DUE 032900 POC Richard Neider 605-574-3150 The work to be performed under these Contract Documents consists of electrical work to include removal and relocation of the existing power panel, installation of conduit and power conductors to all outlets, receptacles and equipment and micellaneous items as indicated. Mechanical and Heating System work to include installing electrical heaters in all main rooms, micellaneous items as indicated and applicable painting. Security System work to include installation of an integrated intrusion detection system for the Cabin as well as the remote Cave entrance, smoke and heat detection systems for the Cabin and interation of fire protection system alarms, a 2-Year monitoring and maintenance program and miscellaneous items as indicated including applicable painting. Fire Protection System work to include installation and painting of a Government supplied water storage system, installation of a self-contained, dry pipe fire suppression system, distribution piping and appurtenances as applicable and miscellaneous items as indicated, including applicable painting. Location of work is the historic Ranger Cabin at Jewel Cave National Monument located approximately 15 miles west of Custer, South Dakota. Government estimate in $20,000 to $35,000 cost range.
