Work includes but is not limited to site work (excavation, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, landscaping) concrete, masonry, carpentry, mechanical, and electrical. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Mr. Stephen J. Plaisted has been appointed as Ombudsman to hear concerns from offerors, or potential offerors, during the proposal development.
