This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is Being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR), VA Acquisition Circular 97-7. The Contracting activity located at the VA North Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS), 4500 S Lancaster Rd, Dallas, TX 75216 Requires a SEWER CLEANING MACHINE, Specific requirements are as follows: Dual axle trailer w/electric brakes, 80 H.P. JOHN DEERE diesel engine or equal, 700 gal super poly water tank, 600 ft 3/4" sewer hose w/tiger tail, hour meter, murphy switch, control panel lights, (2) work lights, rotating beacon, ft counter mounted on reel, drain valves for water pump, myers pump 35gpm @ 2000 psi, rotating reel w/upper manhole roller, wash down gun w/25 ft x 1/2" hose, 15 degree & 35 degree nozzles, nozzle extension, hand reel crank, filler hose w/25 ft x 2 1/2", brake away switch & safety chains, icc lights, shroud over engine & pump, 2 5/16" ball hitch, painted white.
