The Government intends to purchase one single-walled free-field acoustical test chamber with an acoustically-isolated sound attenuating control room. The test chamber and control room shall each consist of modular steel walls and roof panels with perforated metal interior facing and internal absorptive fiberglass fill; acoustically engineered windows, doors, penetrations and ventilation system. The test chamber shall have a concrete vibration-isolated floor, and shall be designed to be wedge-ready with the option to upgrade to an anechoic chamber (with removable floor wedges) with 100 Hz. cutoff frequency (fiberglass wedges). Approximate dimensions for the test chamber and the control room are 23' x 26' x 20' (h) and 10' x 23' x 10' (h), respectively.
