The VA Healthcare System Upstate NY at Buffalo, NY intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Siemens Medical Systems, in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, for full service maintenance on Government-Owned Siemens PET Scanner System (951/31R). Maintenance including, but not limited to, labor, parts, travel, hardware and sofware updates, technical and applications phone support, diagnostic software license, preventive maintenance, and image quality maintenance.
