Naval Aviation Depot, Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC, has
a requirement for the servicing of 41 Hydronic Systems. There are 25
closed loop systems and 16 open loop systems. The contractor or his/her
sub-contractor shall possess a North Carolina (NC)License for required
electrical and plumbing services. Plumbing work shall be accomplished
by an individual possessing a NC Plumbing Class I License. Electrical
work shall be accomplished by an individual possessing a NC SP-PH
Electrical License. The contractor shall provide all labor (Mechanic,
Electrician, Plumber, and Water Treatement Technician, parts,
chemicals, material, equipment, tools, freight, and transportation
required to perform the services required to maintain the Hydronic
Systems). The period of performance is 15 May 2000 thru 14 May 2001
with provision of four (4) option years. As of 31 June 1999, all
contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration
(CCR) Database as a condition of contract award. Contractors may
