appropriate time. The anticipated contract will cover one basic year
and four option years. The solicitation will be posted on the following

acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns,
an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not

disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government
