The General Services Administration is seeking sources to provide Project Management Services as a part of the facilities consolidation of an agency in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. Firms must have the ability to: 1. Coordinate several technical disciplines (facility infrastructure systems, architectural finishes, voice and data communications, furnishings, and furniture) to provide a complete and usable building environment immediately upon project completion; 2. The ability to integrate project requirements to insure shortest possible duration of the total project. Firms must possess the following experience: 1. Experience partnering with architectural firms, design engineers, and vendors during project definition, in order to facilitate logical integration of disciplines and rapid execution of work; 2. Experience in managing turnkey packaged environment projects for private owners, to include all design services, fitout, and project management; 3. Experience in managing the work of multiple disciplines and trades in a packaged environment project, to include infrastructure systems, architectural finishes, voice and data communications, furnishings, and furniture; 4.
