STRICOM OMNIBUS CONTRACT (STOC) The U.S. Army Simulation, Training and Instrumentation Command (STRICOM) will conduct the second Industry conference for the STRICOM Omnibus Contract (STOC) on 9 Mar 00 at the Radisson Hotel, University Orlando, 1724 Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32826. The conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at noon. There will also be a session from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to brief the Government Concept of Operations for Electronic Commerce in an Integrated Data Environment. The purpose of this conference is to provide industry with the latest details of this acquisition and continue industry involvement in the acquisition development. Firms who are interested in attending the conference are requested to register by sending an email to stoc@stricom.army.mil.
