SEALED BID SALE OF OLD CORRUGATED CARDBOARD (OCC) The Fort Belvoir Qualified Recycling Program is issuing an Invitation for Bids for the following material: old corrugated cardboard (baled). Estimated generation is 150 tons per month. Cardboard is collected from the Commissary, PX, and other facilities on Post; by volunteer drop-off, dumpter collection, and collection from tenants moving to the Post. Cardboard is processed, baled, and stored at the Recycling Center in a Contractor-provided trailer. Contract term is one year, with an option to renew, terms based on a percentage of the OBM price.
