The United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for a site in Brunswick, NY 12180. The site size desired is in a range from 3.79 to 4.73 acres excluding setbacks, easements, drainage and water retention, septic requirements, and any other unusual conditions affecting development and use. The optimum site dimensions are 406 feet of frontage by 406 feet of depth.
