The recommended minimum hardware requirements are (1) 486/66 personal computer; (2) 8 or 16 MB RAM; (3) CD-ROM drive; (4) Windows driven printer. The recommended minimum software requirement is Microsoft Windows 3.1, Windows 95, or Windows NT. All bid Forms, Bid Bonds, and other normal documents required for bid submittal shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for bid submittal SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED.
