Work includes the replacement of existing 2-pipe fan-coil heating/cooling system in a single floor building with an above ceiling 4-pipe ducted fan-coil system. This will require demolition of the existing system and installation of the new system with associated architectural and electrial work. Additional optional line items will consist of electrical and lighting upgrades, transformer upgrades and window installation. This solicitation will be issued as an Indefinate Delivery/Indefinate-Quantity procurement. Project range is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Minimum order amount is $1,000,000.00 with a maximum order limitation of $5,000,000.00. This procurement is being issued under the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program and will be a competitive 8(a) procurement only. Projected issue date is 13 Mar 00 with a projected opening date of 13Apr 00. Project specifications will only be available off the internet.
