The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport, Keyport, WA requires four (4) sonar transducer -- low frequency acoustic projectors. The requirements for these transducers is a max output of 144db (RE 1 UPA @ 1M), at 32 KHZ to 164 DB (RE 1 UPA @ 1M), at 100 HZ to 165 DB (RE 1 UPA @ 10 KHZ). The transmit current response is 124 DB/UPA/A/M @ 32 HZ, 134 DB/UPA/A/M @ 100 HZ, 142 DB/UPA/A/M @ 250 HZ, and 145 DB/UPA/A/M @ 10 KHZ. It is the intent of NUWC to make a sole source award to ArgoTec Inc., 4750 N. Dixie Hwy Suite 4, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33334.
